摘要
为了探讨防治运动性贫血的有效方法 ,本实验通过对 Wistar大鼠实施递增负荷跑台运动 ,建立运动性贫血模型 ,观察了“抗运动性贫血复合剂”对运动性贫血大鼠红细胞血象和血清EPO水平的影响。结果表明 ,补充复合剂后贫血大鼠的血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞数目 (RBC)和红细胞压积 (Hct)水平显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而血清 EPO水平无显著性变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,“抗运动性贫血复合剂”可以有效地防治大鼠的运动性贫血 ,其作用机制并非提高血清
Sports anemia is a general state of poor sports ability in athletes during sports training. The purpose of this paper is to find effective methods in the prevention and treatment of sports anemia. After success of establishing a rat model of sports anemia based on long-term treadmill exercise of progressive loading, effects of“Compound Dosages of Anti-Sports Anemia”administration on erythrocyte hemogram and serum EPO levels were investigated. The result shows that Hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cell (RBC)and haematocrit (Hct)levels significantly increase respectively (P<0.05), but serum EPO do not express significantly difference between groups (P>0.05). It suggests that Compound Dosages of Anti-Sports Anemia is an effective method in the prevention and treatment of sport anemia in rats, however increase of serum EPO levels and enhancement of hematopoiesis in marrow is not the inner mechanism.
