摘要
生命具有从微观到宏观的各个层次的自相似性,该文的目的在于研究生物细胞的生长规律。给出了在计算机上实现生物细胞生长的仿真原理,在模拟系统中,可以通过改变迭代规则或参数值来实现不同角度的模拟。文章分别对随机性初始细胞和确定性初始细胞、有无生长率以及资源分布不均匀等情况下的细胞生长规律进行了研究,尤其发现了构成细胞稳定状态的三类基本结构单元:整体不变细胞单元、中心不变的周期旋转单元、中心移动的周期变化单元,这对进一步的研究具有较大的参考价值。
Life system has self-similar on every level from microcosmos to macrostructure.The purpose of this paper is to study the rules of growth of biologic cell.It gives the simulating principles.The emluator can simulate different cases with different rules or different values of parameters.The paper studies the rules of growth of cells in these cases:stochastic initialized cells,determinate initialized cells,whether intro ducing vegetal rate or not,and the asymmetry of re-source.Authors discover three kinds of basic cell units,which constitute the stable state of the whole environment.They are cell unit that is not change on the whole,cell unit that is rotary periodically but unmovable for the center,and cell unit that is changeable periodically and migratory for the center.They are important reference for the further study of this kind.
