摘要
20世纪中叶,中国共产党领导的和平解放和民主改革使西藏社会实现了跨越式发展。藏传佛教高僧喜饶嘉措以渊博的佛学知识及宗教地位在解放西藏事业中做出了特殊贡献,始终与中国共产党"荣辱与共、肝胆相照"。本文通过对喜饶嘉措大师在和平解放西藏前后时间段内所开展的主要工作进行梳理和总结,来回顾和阐述他在和平解放西藏过程中所做出的特殊而卓越的历史贡献。
The peaceful liberation and democratic reform in Tibet is one of the greatest events which helpsTibet shackle off serfdom and directly march into socialism society.During this great task of liberation,GashiSherab Gyatso is an eminent religious figure that shouldn’t be forgotten,due to his consistent support to the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In order to sum up the great deeds of him,this paper reviews the majorworks GashiSherab Gyatso has undertaken during the peaceful liberation in Tibet.
