摘要
目的探讨不同智能触发阈值条件下的肺动脉CTA图像效果,以期获得肺动脉成像的最佳触发阈值。方法60例接受肺动脉CTA患者随机均分成A、B、C3组,分别以肺动脉基础CT值加5HU(A组)、45HU(B组)、85HU(C组)作为监测阈值进行追踪触发扫描,比较肺动脉、肺静脉、主动脉强化CT值及肺动脉与主动脉强化CT值差值的组间差异,同时比较不同监测阈值下等级图像差异。结果肺动脉、肺静脉、主动脉强化CT值及肺动脉与主动脉强化CT值差值在3组间有显著性差异,不同监测阈值下等级图像有显著性差异(P<0.001)。A组与其它2组有显著性差异(P<0.001);B组与C组有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论以主肺动脉干为监测点,肺动脉基础CT值加5HU为肺动脉成像时的最佳触发阈值。
Objective To compare the quality of the images using different thresholds of automatic bolus tracking in 64-slice spiral CT angiography of pulmonary arteries,hoping to get the best threshold.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups,and the automatic bolus tracking thresholds of pulmonary CT value plus 5 HU(group A),45HU(group B),85HU(group C)in the pulmonary trunk were used respectively.The CT values of pulmonary artery,pulmonary vein and aorta among four groups were compared,at the same time,the excellent rates of image under different thresholds were compared.Results The CT values of pulmonary artery,pulmonary vein and aorta among three groups had statistical difference,the excellent rate of image under different thresholds had significant difference(P <0.001),there was significant difference between group A and the other two groups(P <0.001),there was also significant difference between group B and group C(P <0.001).Conclusion The bolus tracking thresholds of pulmonary CT value plus 5HU in the pulmonary trunk is preferable.
