V-Ti-Fe储氢合金的熔盐电脱氧过程研究

Research on Deoxidation of V-Ti-Fe Hydrogen Storage Alloy by Molten Salt Electrolysis

摘要 以金属热还原法制备的V-Ti-Fe合金为原料进行熔盐电解,对合金脱氧过程进行研究,考察了电解时间对合金脱氧效果的影响。结果表明,熔盐电解法可去除V-Ti-Fe合金中的大部分氧,随着电解时间的延长,合金氧含量逐渐降低,电解240min后最终降至0.2%左右。经熔盐电脱氧处理后V-Ti-Fe合金的吸放氢性能有所改善,随着电解时间的延长,其最大吸氢量和有效放氢量均有所增加,最高分别可达2.65%和1.01%。 Molten salt electrolysis was done on V-Ti-Fe alloy prepared by metallothermic reduction,and deoxidation process of the alloy was studied.The influence of electrolysis time on deoxidation degree was investigated.The results show that most of oxygen in V-Ti-Fe alloy can be removed by molten salt electrolysis.With the increase of electrolysis time,oxygen content in the alloy gradually decreases to about 0.2%after 240 min electrolysis.Hydrogen absorption and desorption performances of V-Ti-Fe alloy are improved by electro-deoxidation in molten salt.With the increase of electrolysis time,both the maximum hydrogen absorption capacity and the effective hydrogen desorption capacity increase as high as 2.65% and 1.01%,respectively.
