仲钨酸铵结晶过程掺Cr制备APT的物化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用仲钨酸铵结晶过程加入乙酸铬工艺制备了掺Cr的APT粉末,对其物理化学性能的研究表明:除Cr外其他杂质元素含量均符合GB/T 10116—2007《仲钨酸铵》中APT-0标准;Cr主要以无定形状氢氧化铬形式存在于APT粉末中;先于APT析出的无定形状氢氧化铬可抑制APT晶体生长,因此与不掺Cr的普通产品相比,掺Cr的APT粒度细,松装密度低,粒度分布稍宽;掺Cr的APT粉末具有良好的宏观及微观均匀性。 Cr-doped APT powders were prepared by doping chromium acetate during ammonium paratungstate crystallization,and then their physicochemical properties were studied.The results show that the impurity elements are in line with the standard of APT-0in GB/T 10116—2007(Ammonium Paratungstate)except for chromium element.Chromium exists in APT powders mainly in the form of amorphous chromium hydroxide.As growth of APT crystal is inhibited by amorphous chromium hydroxide precipitated before APT,Cr-doped APT has smaller particle size,lower bulk density and slightly wider particle size distribution than ordinary Cr-free products.Cr-doped APT powders have macroscopically and microscopically uniform composition.
