摘要
以2Ti/Sn/C和Ti/Sn/TiC粉末为原料,采用自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术合成Ti2SnC材料,并研究两种粉末原料对反应合成Ti2SnC的影响。研究结果表明,采用SHS技术以2Ti/Sn/C和Ti/Sn/TiC粉末为原料,均可合成Ti2SnC,产物中含有少量的TiC和Sn。以2Ti/Sn/C原料合成的Ti2SnC,其板条晶粒发育良好,晶粒长约10μm,宽约2μm;以Ti/Sn/TiC原料合成的Ti2SnC,其晶粒较细小,呈颗粒状,粒度约1~5μm。
The Ti2 SnC material was prepared by self-propagation high-temperature synthesis(SHS)with2Ti/Sn/C and Ti/Sn/TiC as the raw materials.Effects of the two raw materials on Ti2SnC synthesis were investigated.The results show that with the two raw materials,Ti2 SnC can be synthesized by SHS,and the products contain a small amount of TiC and Sn.With 2Ti/Sn/C as the raw powder material,the synthesized Ti2 SnC has well-developed lath grains of about 10μm length and about 2μm width.With Ti/Sn/TiC as the raw material,the synthesized Ti2 SnC has fine granular grains of about 1~5μm granularity.
