观察胫骨横向骨搬运循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究探讨胫骨横向骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月本院糖尿病足患者33例进行讨论,采取胫骨横向骨搬运微循环再生技术进行治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 33名患者中有30名糖尿病足创面愈合,有效率为90.9%;创面平均愈合时间(16.96±1.24)周。治疗后患者的疼痛评分由治疗前的(5.21±0.40)分降至(0.80±0.07)分,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病足的患者,采取胫骨横向骨搬运微循环再生技术治疗,疗效显著,可以帮助患者促进创面的愈合,值得在今后的治疗过程中应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tibial transverse bone transport microcirculation technology in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 33 cases of diabetic foot patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were discussed and treated with microcirculation regeneration technique of tibial lateral bone handling to observe the therapeutic effect of the patients. Results Among the 33 patients,30 diabetic foot wounds healed,the effective rate was 90. 9%,and the average healing time of wound was( 16. 96 + 1. 24) weeks. After treatment,the pain score decreased from( 5. 21 + 0. 40) to( 0. 80 + 0. 07) points before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion For the patients with diabetic foot,the microcirculation regeneration technique of tibial lateral bone transport is effective and can help the patients to promote the healing of the wound. It is worthy of application in the course of treatment in the future.
