摘要
目的探讨在治疗肠外瘘过程中应用肠内营养以及消化液回输的护理措施所取得的临床价值。方法对来我院接受治疗的肠外瘘12例患者建立回输通道以及消化液引流,回输收集消化液,搭配肠内营养进行护理,观察患者在得到护理后取得的临床效果以及并发症发生情况。结果全组12例患者当中没有出现死亡案例,仅有2例进行手术,1例为胃空肠吻合口瘘另1例为十二指肠残端瘘,两例并发症患者均在手术后3个月得以治愈,其余10例患者在一个月内无需通过手术自愈;有3例患者在病症早期出现了不良反应如恶心、腹胀以及腹泻等,没有出现其他严重的并发症。结论对高位肠外瘘患者采用肠液回输的治疗方法能够显著改善其吸收肠内营养物质的效果,同时开展有效的护理对生理造成的干扰小,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of nursing measures in the application of enteral nutrition and digestive juice reinfusion in the treatment of extraintestinal fistula. Methods Twenty-two patients with intestinal fistula who were treated in our hospital were established with a return channel and drainage of digestive juices. The digestive juices were collected by transfusion and treated with enteral nutrition to observe the clinical effects and complications of patients after nursing. Happening. Results There were no deaths in 12 patients in the whole group. Only 2 patients underwent surgery. One patient underwent gastrojejunostomy fistula and the other patient underwent duodenal stump fistula. Two patients with complications all had 3 after operation. The month was cured,and the remaining 10 patients did not need surgery to heal themselves within one month; 3 patients experienced adverse reactions such as nausea,abdominal distension and diarrhea in the early stage of the disease,and no other serious complications occurred. Conclusion The use of intestinal fluid reinfusion for patients with high intestinal fistula can significantly improve the effect of intestinal absorption of nutrients. At the same time,the effective nursing does not interfere with the physiological effects. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
