摘要
分析了黑龙江省稻谷大量积压的原因和稻谷积压产生的危害。并提出了解决稻谷积压和水稻高效益生产发展的具体对策。
The cause and the harm of rice overstocking were analysed. We proposed the concrete countermeasures to solve the problem of rice overstocking and developed rice production in high benefit.
