摘要
在研究我国居民收入差距扩大问题上,揭示现状的多,研究、探讨原因以及提出解决问题的方法和途径的相对较少。我国居民收入差距扩大的原因在于分配制度存在缺陷,主要体现为普通劳动者的收入偏低且缺乏保障以及知识型劳动者的收入没有充分体现按劳分配。这两个方面导致我国占人口多数的中产收入阶层的人数偏少。与高收入阶层的财富迅速增长相比,我国居民收入差距存在继续扩大的风险。要克服这些分配制度存在的缺陷,就要寻求缩小居民收入差距的途径。
In the research of increasing resident's income gap,most researcher focus on the current situation,and they can't propose any ways and means to solve the problem.The defeats of income allocation system caused the problem,and it manifested the poor income of ordinary workers and the lack of protection,the income of knowledge workers did not fully reflect the distribution according to work.These two factors led to majority of the population of China's middle income groups underrepresented.We still take the risk of widening income gap compared with high-income strata of the rapid growth of wealth.Overcome these defects of income allocation system is the best way to narrow the income gap.
