摘要
为了降低光伏并网电流的谐波含量,采用了一种有源钳位交错并联反激拓扑结构,并将其应用于太阳能微型逆变器。使用Matlab/Simulink搭建了微型逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果表明该拓扑结构能有效地降低谐波含量,使并网后输出的电流和电压更接近正弦波,保证了并网电流不失真,有效提高了光伏微型逆变器转换效率。计算出并网后电流谐波含量为2.67%,符合国家对并网电流谐波含量的要求(国家标准为5%以下),仿真的参数设置对工程实现有很好地指导作用。
In order to reduce the harmonic content of photovoltaic net current, an active clamp interleaved flyback topology is adopted and applied to solar micro inverter, the simulation model of mi-cro inverter is built by Matlab/Simulink for simulation. The simulation results show that the topological structure can effectively reduce the harmonic content and make the current and voltage output of the grid close to a sine wave, ensuring that the grid current no distortion, effectively improving efficiency of photovoltaic micro inverter. The calculated harmonic content of the grid current is 2.67%, in line with request of the national grid current harmonic content (the national standard is 5% or less), and the simu-lation parameter settings have very good guidance for the engineering implementation.
