摘要 对镧热还原法制备金属铕进行了热力学、动力学分析,初步确定了还原蒸馏工艺参数条件,进行了金属铕制备的试验,以99. 999%氧化铕为原料,采用氧化物电解的金属镧为还原剂,真空还原炉为反应设备,通过重新设计的接收器装置及工艺,在真空度小于10-2P,1200℃条件下,还原蒸馏制得金属铕。结果表明,金属铕纯度99. 99%,金属铕回收率大于97%。与原工艺加普通接收器相比,金属铕中杂质La降低了97%,铕的回收率提高了6%。 Based on thermodynamics and kinetics analysis for preparation of metallic europium by the process of lanthanum thermal reduction,preliminary process parameters were determined. By using europium oxide( 99. 999% purity) as raw material,vacuum reduction furnace as reaction device,by self-produced receiving device,on vacuum degree<10-2 Pa,europium was obtained after one distillation with oxide electrolysis metallic lanthanum as reducing agent in 1200 ℃.The results show that metal europium purity was 99. 99%,with yield more than 97%. Compared with original process and ordinary receiver,lanthanum impurity deceased by about 97%,the yield of rare earth increased by about 6%.
