摘要
目的 探讨三草合剂对上呼吸道感染及肺炎的治疗作用。方法 采用华试管培养和平皿法培养测定抑菌活性 ;在非特异性炎症模型上进行抗炎试验 ;对小鼠氨引咳的模型上进行止咳试验。结果 对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、流感嗜血杆菌有抑制作用 ,对肺炎球菌效果最好 ;对二甲苯所致小鼠和对小鼠足跖部皮下注射 10 %琼脂引起的肿胀均有明显抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5) ;对小鼠氨水引咳大剂量组可明显减少咳嗽次数 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 三草合剂有抑菌、抗炎。
Objective To probe into the therapentic action of sa ncao mixture on upper reaspiratory infection and pneumonia Method Bacteriostatic activity was assailed with Wassermann's tube culture and plate culture The anti-inflammatory experiment was in progre ss on the aspec ific inflammation model Relieving cough test was experimented on the model o f initiation cough for ammonia in mice Result The first,sanc ao mix ture had inhibition on staphylococcus,pneumococcus and hemophilus influence, an d the most effective on pneumoccus The second,it possessed obvious inhibitio n on that the tumefaction of mouse auricle induced by xylene and its foot m etatarsus caused by 10% of agar of subcutaneous injection (P<0 05) Third, numb er o f times of the cough were obviously decreased in large dosage group (P<0 0 5) Conclusion Sancao mixture was provided with bacteriostasis,a nti-inflammatory and pectoral effect
