摘要
选取水曲柳树枝、水曲柳树叶及草本植物福王草,采用热重分析法探究可燃物、升温速率、粒径、气氛对热解特性的影响。采用Coats-Redfern积分法选取最佳机理函数建立动力学模型,获得活化能和指前因子。结果表明:三者热解过程主峰温度约220~400℃。可燃物、升温速率和气氛对热解过程有一定影响,粒径影响较小。氮气气氛下Valensi方程为最佳机理函数。热稳定性排序为:水曲柳树叶>水曲柳树枝>草本植物福王草。
Northeast China ash branches,northeast China ash leaves and herbs f king grass were selected,and by thermogravimetric analysis,the influence of the fuel,heating rate,particle size,atmosphere on the pyrolysis characteristic were studied.Coats-Redfern integral method was used to select the best mechanism function to build dynamics model,and get the activation energy and pre exponential factor.The results showed that the main peak temperature of the three are all roughly 220~400℃.Fuel,heating rate and the atmosphere influence the pyrolysis process to some extent,but the particle size has little impact.Valensi equation under nitrogen atmosphere is the best mechanism function.The thermal stability of northeast China ash leaves>northeast China ash branches>herbs f king grass.
