山地烤烟苗期地膜回收机卷膜辊结构设计

摘要 本文设计了一种山地烤烟苗期地膜回收机卷膜辊结构,后通过ANSYS Workbench平台对卷膜辊进行结构静力分析与模态分析。静力分析结果表明该卷膜辊在匀速作业工况下受最大应力为101.85 MPa,小于所用材料Q235的许用应力值,最大变形量为0.159 37 mm,符合卷膜辊刚度要求。模态分析结果表明卷膜辊一阶共振频率为462.26 Hz,远大于卷膜辊的工作频率1.5 Hz,结构安全合理。 This article designs a structure for the roller of plastic mulch removing machine used at tobacco seedling stage in mountainous field,which is then put for static structural and dynamic structural analysis based on the ANSYS Workbench.The results of static analysis indicate that the maximum stress of the roller under constant speed working condition is 101. 85 MPa,which is less than the allowable stress of Q235. The maximum deformation is 0. 15937 mm,which meets the stiffness requirement. The result of modal analysis shows that the first vibration frequency of the roller is 462. 26 Hz,much larger than the operating frequency. Therefore the structure of the roller is safe and rational.
