摘要
中华墨作为集热介质应用于太阳能热法海水淡化。将中华墨纳米粒子添加到海水中,通过实验考察了不同质量分数中华墨以及运行时间对蒸发速率的影响。结果表明,在海水中添加中华墨纳米颗粒能明显提高海水的蒸发速率,且蒸发速率随着其质量分数的提高呈现先升高后下降的趋势。实验中添加油烟墨颗粒的流体和添加松烟墨颗粒的流体的最佳质量分数均为0. 25%,在光照强度为200 W/m^2下的最大蒸发量分别为0. 72 kg/(m^2·h)和0. 74 kg/(m^2·h),而纯人工海水蒸发量仅为0. 42 kg/(m^2·h),蒸发速率明显提升;同时在最佳质量分数下,蒸发速率随着运行时间的增加而逐渐下降。
Chinese ink is used as a heat collecting medium for seawater desalination by solar.Adding Chinese ink nanoparticles in seawater,the effects of the mass fraction of Chinese ink and running time on evaporation rate are experimentally investigated.The results reveal that the evaporation rate of seawater can be significantly increased by adding Chinese ink nanoparticles in seawater,and the evaporation rate increases first and decreases then with the increase of mass fraction.The optimum mass fractions of Chinese Tung-oil ink nanofluid and Chinese Pine-soot ink nanofluid are both 0.25%,which can generate a maximum evaporation amount of 0.72 kg/m2·h and 0.74 kg/m2·h respectively under an illumination intensity of 200 W·m-2,while the artificial seawater evaporation without addition of ink is only 0.42 kg/m2·h.Under the optimum mass fraction of Chinese ink,the evaporation rate decreases gradually with the prolongs of running time.
