摘要目的:研究对心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗的临床效果。方法:收治心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者72例,随机分两组。给予对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,对两组治疗后的效果进行比较。结果:治疗后,治疗组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径下降幅度,左心室射血分数提高幅度均大于对照组,且不良反应发生率较低。结论:对心肌梗死后无症状心衰患者给予阿托伐他汀进行治疗效果良好。 Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of patients with asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction in the treatment of atorvastatin.Methods:72 patients with asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction were increased in the treatment group than in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.Conclusion:The clinical effect of patients with asymptomatic heart failure after myocardial infarction in the treatment of atorvastatin is outstanding.
