摘要
目的:探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的效果。方法:收治非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者118例,随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予阿司匹林肠溶片,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.92%,高于对照组的83.05%,治疗后CK、CK-MB、c Tn T水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸氢氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死效果确切。
Objective:To explore the effect of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen sulfate Tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Methods:118 patients with non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 59 cases in each group.The control group were given Clopidogrel Hydrogen sulfate Tablets,and the observation group were given aspirin enteric coated tablets on the basis of the control group,then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 94.92% was higher than 83.05% of the control group,after treatment,the level of CK-MB,c Tn T and CK were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen sulfate Tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets was exact.
