摘要
目的:分析部分切除手术在外伤性脾破裂中的应用效果。方法:2013年8月-2014年8月收治外伤性脾破裂患者31例,所有患者均行部分切除手术,观察患者的手术相关指标及术后并发症发生率。结果:30例患者切口Ⅰ/甲愈合,住院时间6.5~18.5 d,平均12 d,发生术后大出血1例(3.23%);并发症发生率较低,术后并发症发生率6.45%。结论:部分脾切除手术治疗外伤性脾破裂能够有效保留患者的脾功能,有效避免切脾后发生严重并发症的风险,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of partial resection operation in traumatic spleen rupture.Methods:31 patients with traumatic spleen rupture were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.All patients were given partial resection operation.The operation related indicators and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed.Results:30 patients were incision Ⅰ/A healing.The hospitalization time was 6.5~18.5 days,and the average was 12 days.1 case(3.23% ) occured postoperative bleeding.The incidence rate of complication was lower,and the incidence rate of postoperative complication was 6.45%.Conclusion:The partial resection operation in the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture can effectively preserve the patient's spleen function,and effectively avoid the risk of serious complications after splenectomy.It has the value of clinical application.
