摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义城乡融合发展思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是马克思、恩格斯、西方经济学者和中国共产党历届领导集体对城乡关系思想的创新性发展,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足我国城乡建设历史经验和时代要求而提出的一系列关于推进城乡融合发展的新理论新思想。该思想以要素融合为前提条件,以产业融合为关键之举,以空间融合为地理载体,以体制改革为基本保障,为探索城乡建设高质量发展提供理论指导和政策引领,为全球解决城乡现代化问题贡献了中国智慧。
As an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Xi Jinping’s thought of urban-rural integration and development with Chinese characteristics is an innovative development of Marx and Engels,western economists and the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China on the thought of urban-rural relations.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core is based on the historical experience and time of urban-rural construction in China.A series of new theories and ideas on promoting the integration of urban and rural development are put forward.This idea takes factor integration as precondition,industry integration as key measure,space integration as geographical carrier and system reform as basic guarantee,provides theoretical guidance and policy guidance for exploring high-quality development of urban and rural construction,and contributes Chinese wisdom to solving the problem of urban and rural modernization globally.
