摘要
本试验通过对南优、汕优两个系统的不育系,保持系、恢复系、杂种 F_1、F_2及(不育系×杂种 F_1)F_1、(杂种F_1×保持系)F_1、(保持系×杂种 F_1)F_1、F_2、(恢复系×杂种 F_1)F_1、F_2植株的性状观察和分析,初步查明野败型籼稻不育系是属于孢子体不育,雄性不育是细胞质中的不育基因和细胞核中两对隐性不育基因相互作用的结果。保持系的细胞质中含有可育基因,细胞核中含有两对隐性不育基因。恢复系的细胞质是由可育基因控制,细胞核受一对部分不育基因和一对育性恢复基因控制,育性恢复基因对部分不育基因表现为显性上位。不育系的基因型是 S(r_1r_1r_2r_2)、保持系的基因型是 F(r_1r_1r_2r_2)、恢复系的基因型是 F(R_1R_1R_2R_2)。
In this investigation,the plants of male sterile,maintainer,and res-torer lines,and hybrid F_1 F_2,F_1(male sterile line x hybrid F_1),F_1(hybrid F_1 x maintainer),F_1,F_2(maintainer x hybrid F_1),F_1,F_2(restorer x hybrid F_1)of the two different sets of Nan-you system andShan-you system were observed and analysed with their characters.Ithas been showed that the male sterility of Shan rice with wild rice cyt-oplasm is sporophytic sterile type,and its male sterility is caused by theinteraction of a cytoplasm sterile gene with two pairs of recessive nucleusgenes.These results indicated that there are one pair of fertile restorat-ive cytoplasm genes and two pairs of the recessive nucleus genes in themaintainer line.The restorer cytoplasm is controlled by a fertile geneand its nucleus by a pair of partial sterile genes and a pair of restorergenes.The genotypes of different line are S(r_1r_1r_2r_2)for the male sterileline,F(r_1r_1r_2r_2)for the maintainer line and F(R_1R_1R_2R_2)for the restor-er line.
