摘要
目的探讨眼科光学相干断层扫描(OCT)影像标记系统在临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法采用实验对照研究方法,随机选取南京医科大学2013和2014级临床医学专业252名学生为研究对象,按国籍分为中国学生组(180人)及留学生组(72人),中国学生组和留学生组组内随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用眼科OCT影像标记系统进行临床见习教学,对照组采用传统PPT讲授教学方法。课程结束后进行期末测试和教学效果反馈问卷调查,比较学生的成绩及对教学效果的主观评价。结果实验组期末成绩优于对照组,对教学效果主观评价亦优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在临床见习教学中使用眼科OCT影像标记系统,可取得较为显著的教学效果。
Objective To study the efficiency of OCT tagging system in the teaching of clinical practice.Methods A comparative study was carried out in 252 students of grade 2013 and 2014 enrolled in medical undergraduates of Nanjing Medical University,and they were divided into Chinese group(180 persons)and international students group(72 persons).The students of each group were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.With the traditional teaching methods carried out in control group,OCT tagging system was used in the teaching of practice in the experimental group.The scores and satisfaction of the course were compared at the end of term.Results The satisfaction and scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P <0.05).Conclusion OCT tagging system showed obvious effectiveness in the teaching of clinical practice.
