摘要
以某型通机消声器护罩为研究对象,应用流体力学分析软件STAR-CCM+对消声器护罩进行温度场的数值模拟研究,结果表明材料辐射发射率、热边界条件、边界层网格层数对消声器护罩温度场分布具有较大的影响;不同起动器状态下消声器护罩温度和辐射能量分布基本一致,远离风扇侧的辐射能量大,温度较高.消声器护罩温度仿真值与实验值基本吻合,表明消声器护罩温度的数值模拟结果具有一定的可行性.研究结果可为通机消声器护罩的前期设计与开发提供相应的理论依据.
Muffler cover of general purpose engine was taken as the research object in this paper and the fluid dynamics analysis software STAR-CCM+ was applied for conducting the numerical simulation study on temperature field analysis of muffler cover.Simulation results showed that the radiation emissivity of materials,thermal boundary conditions and the number of prism layers had great influence on the temperature distribution of muffler cover;the temperature distributions and boundary radiosity distributions of muffler cover for different starter were basically the same,the temperature and boundary radiosity of the side which was far away from fan cooling device was quite high.The simulation value of muffler cover temperatures were basically in good agreement with the experimental values,which indicated that the numerical simulation result of muffler cover temperature had a good feasibility.The research results in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the early-design and developing of muffler cover for general purpose engine.
