本文立足新时期高校思想政治工作的客观实际 ,从当前加强高校思想政治工作队伍建设的重要意义出发 ,分析当前思想政治工作队伍建设中存在的问题 ,以加强思想政治工作队伍自身素质为重点 ,探讨加强新时期高校思想政治工作队伍建设的具体措施。
Based on the objective reality of the ideological and political work in higher education, the paper analyses the importance of strengthening the staff construction of ideological and political work and points out the problems existing in the present staff construction of ideological and political work. The paper also presents some measures for strengthening the staff construction of ideological and political work, focusing on the development of the staff quality.
