摘要
某机器中的电流片 ,为大批量生产的零件 ,现有的生产方式是分 2道工序完成的 :冲孔落料和弯曲 ,这样要生产 2副模具 ,质量也难以保证、生产率低、费用也较高 ;为改善现场的这种不合理的加工现状 ,我们设计了电流片级进模。介绍该电流片的多工位级进模的冲压工艺和结构设计 ,该级进模一改原来分 2道工序完成产品加工的生产方式 ,从而使零件加工的材料利用率。
The current plates in a kind of machine are made in batch by two processes:blanking and bending,so it needs two sets of die in the way. It is difficult to ensure the product quality,and the productivity is low,cost is high. In order to improve current product state above,a multi station progressive die of current plate are designed. The stamping technology and structure design of multi station progressive die of a current plate are introduced. The progressive die changes old process way,thereby the product quality,productivity and material utilization ratio are increased and the cost is cut down.
