摘要
本文针对导热油泵中的石墨密封件 ,被输送介质渗透 ,造成原密封件石墨膨胀 ,使泵的轴颈被膨胀的石墨磨损。另一方面 ,轴衬又经常损坏 ,使泵轴被卡 ,导致电机经常损坏等问题 ,提出了更换密封材质 ,改变密封结构的改造方案 ,并介绍了新的密封结构、工作原理及效果。
The graphite sealant of heat_transfer oil pump was trickled by transport fluid, result in a graphite inflation, making the electromotor of oil pump usually be damaged.
