肌松药与血脑屏障
脑毛细血管内皮细胞收缩性极低,胞内囊泡转运处于低水平,胞膜含有独特的酶系统,细胞间以紧密方式相结合,85%～95%的脑毛细血管又被神经胶质细胞所包裹,这些结构能有效阻止物质的扩散和转运.
