Energy-saving Technical Reconstruction on Evacuation System of Vacuum Distillation Unit

摘要 中国石化齐鲁分公司第三常减压装置减压抽真空系统为三级蒸汽抽真空,蒸汽耗量大且产生含硫污水。为了节能降耗,将第三级蒸汽抽真空改造为液环抽真空。改造后,系统运行平稳,可以达到与蒸汽抽真空同样的减压塔顶真空度,且每年节约能耗834.5吨标油。对于大型常减压装置,蒸汽抽真空与机械抽真空组合工艺,可发挥各自特长,节能降耗和环保效果显著。 The decompression system of third crude-oil distillation unit in Sinopec Qilu Company uses three stages vapor vacuum. This system consumes large amounts of steam and causes sour water. For saving energy and reducing consumption, the third level vapor vacuum was revamped liquid-ring vacuum pump system. After revamp, the system is running smoothly. It can achieve the same vacuum as the vapor vacuum system. Liquid-ring vacuum system can save 834.5 tons of standard oil every year, compared with steam vacuum system. Its payback period is also short. For large crude-oil distillation unit, the steam vacuum combined with mechanical vacuum process can play their respective special skill, energy saving and have the good environmental protection effect.
