摘要
海上探井应用多元热流体热吞吐技术进行稠油测试作业受到淡水运输相对困难、钻井平台空间有限及对热采测试所用水质要求高等因素制约。如果热采测试规模较大,再采用拖轮长途送水和采用较为繁琐复杂流程管线等一般施工方法,将在一定程度上延长作业工期、浪费作业时效、增加作业成本。新型海水淡化装置解决了稠油热采测试作业中的水源难题,且提供的水质可满足多元热流体吞吐在海上油田稠油探井测试工艺作业要求。实践证明,该系统具有较高的使用价值和市场推广价值,可保障注热设备的平稳运行、大大降低热采作业成本。
The multiple fluid thermal stimulation technology used in offshore heavy oil thermal recovery test operation is restricted by the difficult fresh water supply, limited drilling platform space and strict water quality requirements. For larger-scale thermal recovery test, the general method involving long-distance water supply and complicated process pipelines will delay operation and increase cost. The newly-developed sea water desalination device fully solves the water problem by providing water quality up to the requirements. The results show that the system possesses high value in use and promotion for ensuring stable operation of heat injection and slashing operation cost of thermal recovery.
