摘要
结合史志、医籍、儒家经典和出土文献中关于汉以前医学流派的零星记载,梳理出上古医学流派、秦汉之际的医学流派及汉代官方所定医学流派的大致传承和演变脉络,并认为医经家与经方家影响最大,流传最广。对当前关于医经家与经方家关系的不同观点进行述评,提出张仲景实现了医经家与经方家的融合,中医学也因之而传承千载、熠熠生辉。
Based on a handful of records about medical schools before the Han dynasty coming from historical annals,medical books,Confucian classics and excavated documents,we have rearranged ancient medicine origins,medical origins of the Qin dynasty and the Han dynasty with a rough inheritance and evolution trace of medical sects before the Han dynasty. We consider that the medical classics and classical prescription have the greatest impact and the broadest transmission. This article summarized various views on contemporary studies of relationship between medical classics and classical prescription indicating that ZHANG Zhongjing had fused these two medical sects. As the consequence,traditional Chinese medicine is inherited through thousand years while sparkling at present.
