摘要
一、概述Bayes法是计算机辅助诊断系统中使用得最早和最多的方法。早在1961年,Warner等就研制成功了计算机辅助诊断先天性心脏病的系统。另外根据Rogers统计,国外计算机辅助诊断系统中,60%基于Bayes方法。所谓Bayes法。
This paper presents the history and sereral ways of using Bayes formula in CADS(Computer-Aided Diagnosis Systems), analyses some cases of using Bayes method at home and discuss(?) the value and some problems of using Bayes method. Bayes method was used earliest and has been used most in CADS. We can directly apply Bayes formula or select maximum likelihood model, method of giving marks or method of frequency ratio. If Bayes method is used properly in CADS, the satisiactory diagnosis accuracies will be received, but it possesses some defects, one of which is that the contradiction of the lower frequency and the highr diagnostic value of some disease pictures is hard to deal with.
