摘要
网络关键设备和网络安全专用产品安全认证是依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》,为提升国家网络安全保障能力而实施的一项认证制度。本文从认证体系的产品目录、实施机构、实施要求等方面系统梳理了网络关键设备和网络安全专用产品安全认证体系建立的情况,介绍了认证模式、采用标准及认证实施的现状,阐述了该项认证制度在我国网络安全保障体系中的重要作用。
The security certification for network key equipment and cybersecurity specialized product( SCNC) is a certification system implemented in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China to enhance the national capability of cybersecurity guarantee. This paper systematically narrates the establishment of SCNC system from the aspects of background,products catalog,implementing bodies and requirements,introduces the certification mode,standards and the implementation of SCNC,and expounds the important role SCNC plays in China’s cybersecurity guarantee systems.
