摘要
设计一种能够用于多种规格钛工件测量的通用软件系统,以提升中小型钛合金企业生产自动化技术水平。在OPENCV提供的算法库基础上,利用面向接口编程技术及设计模式等相关理论,将测量系统中常用的图像算法分析归纳分类,使得同类算法可以根据预先设置进行动态匹配,以满足不同生产环境、规格各异钛工件的测量任务。本设计解决了传统基于视觉测量系统通用性、可扩展性、可重构性差等问题,极大程度提高了测量精度,降低其视觉测量系统的开发和应用成本。
A general software system for the measurement of titanium parts of various specifications is designed to improve the production automation technology level of small and medium-sized titanium alloy enterprises.Based on that OPENCV provides the algorithms library,the paper programs by using interface technology,design patterns and other related theory to develop a measure system.The measuring system is an inductive classification algorithm for image analysis,which can make dynamic matching according to the congener algorith,in order to satisfy different production specifications and different titanium workpiece measurement tasks.This design solves the problems of poor extensibility,reconfigurability of traditional visual measuring system,greatly improves the measurement precision,decreases the cost of its development and application of the vision measurement system.
