摘要
家族企业的内涵包括家族所有与家族经营,家族企业存续的必要条件是家族所有,家族经营是阶段选择而非最优选择。职业经理人纷争有各方对其定义与内涵了解不够的原因,也有企业制度缺陷和公众视角局限造成的负面作用,要注意解决职业选择和定位问题,走出认识与行为的误区。
The intention of family enterprise contains the possessions of the family and family management. The necessary condition of developing the family enterprise is the possessions of the family, and family management is not the best choice but period choice. The reasons of professional manager controversy are various. The definition and intention are not well recognized and the defeat of enterprise system and shortage of people' s vision also have some negative effect on it. However, we should draw our focus on dealing with the problem of selecting profession and recognize the differences between what we know and what we do.
