摘要
谈及企业的竞争优势,对于实业型企业主要指的就是企业的技术优势。虽然多年来我们一直在探讨PCO企业的技术问题,但我国众多的PCO企业却连一支像样的技术团队都没有,使促进PCO行业的技术水平的提高成为一句空话。基于多年PCO企业的经营实践及对本行业的技术特点、需求进行了初步的总结,并尝试着分析、讨论了PCO企业内部的技术团队的建设、管理和发展等诸多方面的问题,力争将理论上的PCO技术系统全面地转化到PCO的日常经营管理里面去,并使之转化成各个企业的竞争优势。
When mentioning the competitive edge,it means the superiority of technology to the real-state enterprises.Although we have been exploring the technology for PCO enterprise for years,it is indisputable that many PCO enterprises don't even possess a professional tech-team,which leads the ambitious PCO technology improvement no more than empty words. Therefore,the author initially summarized the technology features of the trade based on his long term practical experience in the PCO field,tried to analyze and discuss the essential questions( i. e. construction,management and development) of the tech-team in PCO enterprises. The purpose is to fully transform the theoretical PCO tech-system into the daily PCO management,which then could be turned to the competitive edge of each individual enterprise.
