摘要
为研究电石渣煅烧过程中有害气体的释放特性,采用FactSage7.0热力学软件计算了体系升温过程中有害组分碳、氟、磷、硫的迁移转化过程。结果表明,煅烧温度达到600℃时,电石渣中的氟以气态氟化氢的形式开始释放,且氟化氢释放量随温度的升高而增大,其余氟元素由固相4CaO·2SiO_2·CaF_2逐渐向固相11CaO·7Al_2O_3·CaF_2和渣相氟化钠、氟化钙、氟化镁转变。500~1 000℃区间内,固相硫化钙可水解释放微量含硫有害气体(硫化氢)。整个煅烧温度区间内(50~1 000℃),所有磷元素未进入气相,但体系中的含碳气体却始终存在;其中,二氧化碳是反应过程的中间产物,超过750℃时,一氧化碳气体释放量的增加已不再明显。
In order to explore the release characteristics of harmful gases during calcining the carbide slag,the migration and transformation of the C-,F-,P-,and S-containing species in the heating process were calculated by using Fact Sage 7.0 thermochemical software.The results showed that the HF started to release when the calcination temperature reached 600℃,and the release amounts of HF increased as temperature rose.Meanwhile,the other F state of carbide slag were gradually transformed from the 4 CaO·2 SiO2·CaF2(solid)to the 11 CaO·7Al2O3·CaF2(solid),Na F(slag),CaF2(slag)and MgF2(slag).A small amount of H2S was produced by Ca S hydrolysis in the temperature range of 500 1 000℃.In the temperature of 50 1 000℃,all P was not present in the gas phase,but the C-containing gases were always formed.CO2 was the intermediate product in the reaction process.The increase of release amounts of CO was no longer obvious at temperature above 750℃.
