通过介绍流水施工法在渤中 2 5 - 1B、D、E导管架陆地建造中的应用 ,说明广泛应用于建筑工程的流水施工法同样适用于海洋工程建造。流水施工法在缩短工期、降低成本、提高大型机械设备利用率等方面 。
Flow process is very effective method in organizing production from the experience of industry production management, and it has been used to direct the construction of civil engineering. The article describes the successful application of flow process method in the fabrication process of BZ 25-1 B/D/E jackets and shows that flow process method is also suitable for the fabrication of offshore oil engineering. It will bring a more effective result in shortening project schedule, reducing project cost and improving the use of machine.
