摘要
以往转体桥球铰都是基于现行规范简化为平面来进行协调接触应力计算的,其计算结果虽然符合工程要求,但是精度并不高,尤其是球铰圆心处的应力误差比较大,基于非赫兹接触理论来进行球铰磨心二维及三维状态下接触应力的计算,并通过与实际测量结果及实际工程数据的比较,得出相对于现行规范的简化算法,非赫兹接触理论在计算球铰磨心接触应力方面更具优越性。
The sphere hinges of swing bridge are simplified to plane based on the existing norms to calculate the contact stress,although the calculation results are suitable for requirements of engineering construction,the it is not precious,especially the variation of contact stress in the center of the sphere hinge is wide.Based on non-Hertz contact theory,this paper was calculated the stress distribution on the surface of the sphere hinge and developed the three-dimensional contact stress formula from two dimensional formula.The comparison results among the actual measurement results,actual engineering data,non-Hertz contact theory algorithm and the simplified algorithm,show the superiority of non-Hertz contact theory in calculating the sphere hinge contact stress distribution.
