摘要
信息技术已日益成为高校教学不可缺少的辅助,本文以法学专业教学为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对某高校法学专业大二年级两个班的学生进行实证检验,得出信息技术在法学课程教学中的应用有助于创新型人才培养的结论,并提出利用信息技术在法学课程教学中的有效路径。
