一种三电平双buck光伏并网逆变器设计

摘要 为提高转换效率、减小系统体积,研究了一种非隔离型三电平双buck光伏并网逆变器,该逆变器不仅具有双buck电路无桥臂直通、无功率器件体二极管反向恢复、高可靠性、高转换效率的性能优势,而且桥臂的输出为三电平单极性PWM波,有效降低了输出的谐波含量,提升了直流电压利用率。分析了逆变器工作原理和控制方式,设计了原理样机,实验验证了该三电平双buck光伏并网逆变器的正确性和可行性。 In order to improve the conversion efficiency and reduce the size of system,a kind of non-isolated dual Buck full bridge three-level grid-connected inverter was studied in this paper.The inverter has performance advantages with high reliability,high conversion efficiency and the characteristics of no shoot-through problem,no reverse recovery of the body diode.The output of the bridge arm of it is three-level unipolar PWM wave,which not only reduces the harmonic content of the output current or voltage,but al so improves the utilization of input DC voltage.The working principle and control strategy of this system is then introduced in detail and an experimental prototype has been produced. The test results verify the pr oposed ideas and the excellent performance of it.
