摘要
基于对功率合成技术的研究,本文提出了一种新型的八路波导功分器结构。在该结构中,利用E面波导T型宽带功分器结构和带有宽带补相的波导定向耦合器来实现功率分配,并利用HFSS软件对这种结构进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明:在9.0~9.6GHz频率范围内,驻波小于1.3,幅度波动小于±0.2d B,各输出端口的相位相差±2°,实现了良好的幅度一致性和相位一致性。
Based on the study of power synthesis technology, a novel eight-way waveguide power divider is presented. Using the E-T junction broadband power divider and the broadband compensation phase waveguide directional coupler, the structure achieves unequal power allocation. The structure is designed and simulated with HFSS software. The simulation results show that VSWR is less than 1.3, amplitude fluctuation is less than ±0.2d B, each output port of phase is less than ±2°.Good amplitude imbalance and phase imbalance are observed in the band(ranging from 9.0GHz to 9.6 GHz).
