摘要
使用磁控管的雷达导引头在进行发射通道切换时,需要使用时分开关来实现,该开关要求功率容量高、隔离度高、体积小,一般开关非常难达到。本文介绍了一种毫米波铁氧体时分开关的设计,实现了峰值功率不小于30k W、隔离度不小于40d B的要求。
The use of magnetron for radar seeker in the transmitting channel switching,you need to use time division switch to achieve, the switch requires high power capacity, high isolation, small size, the general switch is very difficult to achieve. This paper introduces a kind of millimeter wave ferrite time division switch, realized the peak power is not less than 30 kw,isolation degree is not less than 40 d B.
