摘要
本文针对国产星载SAR T/R组件在可靠性与寿命方面与国外同类先进产品之间的差距,论述了T/R组件进行可靠性增长的必要性。介绍了进行可靠性增长研究的工作流程,实施可靠性增长研究的几个重要试验,试验过程中遇到的困难与解决办法。最后给出了可靠性增长研究的结果。星载SAR T/R组件的设计寿命得到明显提高,同时T/R组件在设定的寿命末期,其可靠度比原寿命末期的更好,T/R组件的研制周期和经费也将大幅减少。
Aiming at the disparity of reliability and lifetime between china made spaceborne SAR T/R module and overseas advanced product, reliability growth necessity is discussed in this paper. Procedure of reliability growth study, several important experiments, and difficulties encountered in the experiments along with solutions are introduced. Experiment results of this reliability growth study are revealed at last. They are, design lifetime of spaceborne SAR T/R module is improved evidently, and simultaneously reliability of T/R module at the end of rated lifetime is expected higher than before, the cycle and funds of developing a new type of T/R module will be decreased greatly, too.
