摘要
采用NXP公司标签芯片SL3S1002FTT,设计了一款用于钢铁物流的实用化高性能UHF频段RFID无源抗金属标签,并制作了相应的实物标签。仿真与测试结果表明,标签天线具有近似全向的辐射特性及良好的匹配性能,峰值增益可达7.5d Bi,在915MHz的中心频点处电压驻波比可低至1.02。实际试用表明,所设计的标签具有良好的抗金属特性,在复杂工业金属环境中的读写距离仍可达到10m以上,且稳定可靠。
Using the label chip SL3S1002 FTT of NXP companies, we designed a practical high-performance passive UHF band RFID anti-metal tag for the steel logistics, and produced the corresponding physical label. Simulation and test results show that the tag antenna has an approximately omnidirectional radiation characteristics and good matching performance. Its peak gain can reach up to 7.5d Bi, VSWR as low as 1.02 at 915 MHz center frequency. The actual trial showed that the design of the label has a good anti-metal properties. It operates reliablly in a complex industrial metals environment, and the reading distance can still reach 10 m or more.
