摘要
产品族设计是面向大批量定制的产品开发方法 ,其基本设计方法是模块化设计 ,本文针对轴承磨床的设计特点 ,分析了传统模块化设计和广义模块化设计的特点和局限性 ,提出了参数化、模块动态匹配的参数创成式模块化设计方法 ,并结合轴承磨床给出了参数创成式模块化设计的原理及关键技术。
Modular designing is the king technique of product family designing for mass customization. This paper introduces a parameter built modular designing method by dynamic modular matching based on the grinding machine for axletree by analyzing the traditional modular designing and generalized modular designing and presents the principles and key technique of it.
