聚合物微纤维对混凝土强度及耐久性的影响 被引量:7

Effect of polymer microfiber on the strength and durability of concrete

摘要  本文报导了聚合物微纤维对C60高性能混凝土的强度和抗裂、抗渗等性能的研究。研究结果表明,掺入0 9kg/m3长度为5mm~15mm的聚合物微纤维,混凝土的抗压、抗折、劈拉强度和抗渗性、抗裂性均有较大幅度提高,可以配制出坍落度180mm±20mm,保水性、粘聚性俱佳,28天抗压强度达75 4MPa~79 8MPa且耐久性良好的混凝土。 The effect of polymer microfiber on strength,impermeability of high-performance concrete (HPC) with compressive strength higher than 60MPa was studied.The test results showed that the strength and impermeability of HPC increased as the incorporation of microfiber increased.HPC with a slump of (180±20)mm,compressive strength of 75.4MPa~79.8MPa can be successfully made by adding 0.9kg/m^3 polymer microfiber,with a length of 5mm~15mm.
