摘要
在考虑误差与载荷对蜗杆传动接触区域影响的基础上,提出了蜗杆齿面沿齿高方向的修形策略以控制其接触区域。同时,通过预设定的误差曲线对蜗杆齿面沿螺旋线方向修形以降低因误差和载荷变形所引入的传动比误差。弹性接触分析和传动比分析结果表明,蜗杆齿面沿两个方向同时修形能够实现蜗杆传动的啮合控制。
After considering influences of the errorsand the load on contact zone, the profile modification ofworm along the height direction has been proposed tocontrol the contact zone of the worm gearing. At thesame time, the profile modification along the spilal direc-tion, by means of the pre--designed errors during grind-ing process of the worm,was adopted to reduce the trans-mission errors caused by the errors and load--dependentdeformation. The results from the elastic contact analysisand error analysis show that simultaneous modification ofthe worm along two directions can meet the requiremensof conjugate control.
