摘要
基于流体力学皮托管测量流体流速的原理 ,提出了一种用于测量流体流速的复合式传感器 ,它由一个静压和差压传感器构成 .介绍了这种新型传感器的测量原理、结构设计和芯片制作 ,并列举了实验数据 .此传感器能同时显示流体的静压和差压 ,并且实现了智能化 ,可用于无人流体观测站 .
Based on the Pitot tube principle of measuring fluid velocity in hydromechanics, a kind of compound sensor (consisting of one pressure sensor, and one pressure difference sensor) of measuring fluid velocity is developed. In this paper the measuring principle of the new type of sensor,the structural design and manufacturing of the sensor and chips are presented, and the experimental results are listed. The fluid pressure and pressure difference can be displayed by this sensor at the same time, besides this sensor has intellectualized and is used in unmanned fluid observation station.
