摘要
提高催化裂化装置的操作水平是提高整个炼油工业经济效益的关键之一。针对当前基于数学模型进行操作与控制所存在的问题,本文提出了催化裂化装置优化操作指导专家系统OODES(Optimizing Operation & Direction Expert System)的设计策略。OODES由知识库、数据库、模型库、控制和推理机制及用户界面组成,采用人工智能语言PROLOG与FORTRAN语言、dBASE-Ⅲ语言相结合的程序设计方法建造。系统具有方便、快速、实用、有效等特点,还可以诊断过程出现的故障。OODES的开发将有助于提高催化裂化装置的操作水平。
To improve the operation of FCCU is a key to the increase of profit of oil refining industry. In view of the problems in operation and control based on mathematic models, the design strategy of Op- timiring Opetation & Direction Expert System (OODES) for FCCU is proposed. OODES is composed of knowledge base, data base, control and inference mechanism, model base and user interface. It is constructed by using PROLOG, FORTRAN and dBASE-Ⅲ. This system is convenient, fast, practical and effective to use. Also, it can be used to diagnose the process faults. The development of OODES will be helpful to the hoprovement of FCCU operation.
